NOTICE OF PRACTICE CLOSURE & PROVIDER TRANSITION
Notice is hereby given that Brevard Ear, Nose, and Throat Center is closing after serving the community for 55 years. We will no longer be available to evaluate and treat patients after June 30th, 2026.
Dr. David Whitley is retiring, after serving the community for 35 years.
Dr. Rachel Brock & Sarah Lawrence, PA-C will start with Health First ENT Medical Group August 3rd, 2026. That office should be able to start scheduling patients in the third week of July for August. The office is in Suntree off US-1, specific address should be obtained when you schedule your appointment. Phone: 321-729-8079
Mary Kyle, M.A. CCC-A has retired on May 8th, 2026, after serving the community for 37 years.
Julia McDowell, Au.D. CCC-A will be starting with Two Rivers Hearing and Balance 07/20/26, contact number: (321) 254-5300
If you have hearing aid issues, you can drop off your hearing aids from now until June 11th for audiologist, Dr. McDowell to service the hearing aid(s). You will be contacted with an update regarding your hearing aids once she evaluates/fixes the issue.
If you continue your ENT care with Dr. Brock or Sarah Lawrence, PA-C- they be able to access your records from their new location.
You can request your records to be emailed to you or faxed to an alternate provider by completing a records release form- Please visit our website for further instructions:
www.brevardentcenter.com. If you choose to pick up a hard copy at a later date- there is a charge of $1.00 for each of the first 25 pages, and the $0.25 each thereafter. Medical records may take up to two weeks to process.
