Notice is hereby given that Brevard Ear, Nose, and Throat Center is closing after serving the community for 55 years.
We will no longer be available to evaluate and treat patients after July 17, 2026.
Dr. David Whitley is retiring after serving the community for 35 years.
Dr. Rachel Brock will start with Health First ENT Medical Group August 3, 2026.

Sarah Lawrence, PA-C has not decided on her next employment journey at this time.
We encourage you to sign a medical records release form and have your records emailed to you. If you choose to pick-up a hard copy at a later date (maybe up to two weeks)- there is a charge of $1.00 for each of the first 25 pages, and the $0.25 each thereafter.
