Sarah Lawrence Smith, Audiology Assistant
A lifelong Merritt Island native, Sarah has been coming to Brevard Ear, Nose, and Throat Center since she was five years old. She officially became Brevard ENT’s Audiology Assistant in 2014 and loves to help patients better understand the art of hearing. Sarah has a Masters degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University, and, when she’s not cleaning hearing aids, can be found conducting her church choir or jamming out on her guitar.
Elyse Amigo, Au.D., CCC-A
Elyse, a doctor of audiology, began working as an audiology extern at Brevard Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Aid Center in 2011. She was born and raised in Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida. From there she went on to graduate school at Nova Southeastern University where she received her doctorate in audiology. Her areas of clinical interest include the evaluation and management of tinnitus, hearing loss, and balance disorders. Dr. Amigo is now currently working as a full-time audiologist at Brevard Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Aid Center. She became an audiologist because she loves working with people, and loves that we can provide instant management for our patients.
Mary Kyle, M.A. CCC-A
Mary was born and raised in Indiana. She went to Indiana University for both her undergraduate and masters degree in audiology. Mary worked at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis for her externship. She has been working for Brevard Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Aid Center for over 24 years. Mary’s area of expertise is wireless amplification and hearing aids. She enjoys working with patients and helping them to hear better. She loves the effect that the recent advances in technology has made in hearing aids, and ultimately, her patients’ success with them.
